Coastal Hospitality Management Company (CHMCO) is based out of southern California and oversees the daily operation of hotel assets spread throughout the United States.  Originally established as the property management company for the Coastal Hospitality Group portfolio, CHMCO has the mindset of a hotel owner, focused on maximizing net operating income and overall asset value.

We specialize in independent hotels, not flagged properties, as we believe with the rise of Online Travel Agents (OTAs) and internet optimization, independent hotels can now compete on a level playing field with flagged properties, while saving the owner from expensive franchise fees.  We are experts in converting flagged properties to boutique independent hotels, cutting costs and maintaining or increasing revenues.
